1.Service and parties
GTA Society is offered in Türkiye under the operating name Sunucum Veri İşleme ve Pazarlama. It brings together game-server discovery, community content and enabled application, review, Trust, Creator and marketplace features. Contact us at [email protected].
GTA Society is an independent platform. Listed game-server operators, creators and game or trademark owners are responsible for their own activities. A listing or verified ownership does not provide an unlimited guarantee of service quality or trustworthiness.
2.Membership, capacity and account security
Provide accurate, current details, use an email address you control and complete required verification. Obtain the necessary permission and supervision of a legal representative for transactions you cannot legally perform on your own. Additional capacity and transaction requirements for a paid service apply at the relevant step.
Protect your password and authentication methods, prevent unauthorised account use and promptly report suspected compromise. Impersonation, bypassing account security and using deceptive identities to evade restrictions are prohibited.
3.Server entries, ownership and transfers
Keep server information accurate and current, and only submit content you have the right to publish. Catalogue listing and management authority are separate matters. Ownership claims and management actions may require evidence of control and current permission.
Transferring a server does not automatically reset its catalogue identity or independent review history. New management does not automatically gain access to previous private applications or evidence. A catalogue entry does not guarantee connection availability, player numbers or uninterrupted operation.
4.Content rights and permission to publish
You must hold the rights and permissions needed for submitted content. You retain ownership and grant only the permission necessary to host, process, technically adapt and display it for the service’s purpose and the visibility you choose.
This permission does not authorise arbitrary publication of private material or use outside the service’s purpose. Removal requests are considered alongside transaction records, legal preservation requirements, other people’s rights and third-party copies. Report intellectual-property or personal-rights concerns with a content link and an explanation.
5.Community rules and prohibited use
Keep criticism and reviews honest, relevant and related to your experience. Distinguish opinions from verifiable facts and do not use fabricated evidence or misleading context.
- Threats, harassment, hate speech, targeted abuse or unauthorised disclosure of private information.
- Fabricated reviews, vote or reputation manipulation, false ownership claims and impersonation.
- Fraud, infringement, unauthorised file distribution, malware or bypassing security controls.
- Spam, unauthorised advertising, disruptive automation or violation of published access or API limits.
- Unauthorised access to application, evidence, account or payment data, or repurposing that information.
6.Applications, reviews and Trust cases
Review the recipient, requested information and visibility before submitting an application. The platform does not guarantee acceptance, employment or a server role. The relevant parties retain their own rules and decision-making authority.
Submit necessary, lawful and relevant evidence in complaints and Trust processes. Private evidence sharing and publication of a case summary have separate permission and review requirements. A Trust outcome, review or technical measurement is not a court decision, official certification or absolute assurance of safety.
7.Paid services and marketplace
For enabled paid services, the seller or provider, total price, tax, delivery scope, licence, support, updates, cancellation and refund information are presented before the transaction. The relevant product version and terms are tied to the order record; later changes to these general terms do not silently rewrite that record.
A feature existing in the application does not mean it is available for purchase. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable withdrawal or refund rules remain in force. A paid plan, sponsorship or purchase does not buy access to private data, a favourable review or a changed Trust decision. Sponsored placements are identified as advertising.
8.Moderation, restrictions and appeals
Rule-breaking content or risky activity may be reviewed, restricted or removed. Account and feature access may be limited in light of the breach, security risks and applicable obligations. Advance notice may be impractical in an urgent security or legal situation.
Where appropriate, we provide a reason and a route to request review. Use the relevant platform process or contact [email protected]. An appeal does not automatically entitle you to other people’s private information or security secrets.
9.Availability and responsibility
Maintenance, updates, network problems and changes to external services may affect availability. Technical measurements describe their own time and scope; they do not guarantee player identity, future performance or uninterrupted access.
Your relationship with an independent server or third party is subject to that party’s terms. These terms do not exclude the operator’s liability under mandatory law or remove users’ statutory rights.
10.Privacy and account closure
The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing, access boundaries and individual rights. Agreement to these terms does not replace explicit consent where a separate consent is required.
Request account closure or exercise data rights through your account area or the contact channel. Account closure does not automatically erase independent catalogue entries, published content, existing orders or necessary legal records. Those resources are assessed according to their purposes and the rights involved.
11.Versions and updates
The effective date and version appear at the top of the page. Registration records the language, version, integrity digest and time of your agreement. Earlier texts are available in the version history, and your own acceptance records are available in your account area.
Material changes are announced through appropriate channels. Where renewed agreement is needed, you are asked to review and expressly accept the current text. Existing members are not given fabricated retrospective acceptance records. Business registration or operator changes are explained in a new version.
12.Applicable law and contact
Services offered in Türkiye are governed by Turkish law, subject to mandatory rules and consumer rights. Competent courts, consumer arbitration bodies and other statutory remedies are determined by the applicable legislation.
For service concerns, infringement reports or questions about these terms, email [email protected]. Contacting us does not waive your statutory remedies.
